We are pleased to announce that Cynthia Nalley has joined the Anderson Carr team as a Broker Associate. She is a long time downtown West Palm Beach resident and advocate. In addition to her real estate expertise, Cynthia has spent many years managing complex projects for Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, and SunTrust and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She also serves on the Board of the WPB Downtown Development Authority.
If you are considering relocating your residence or creating residential rental income, Anderson Carr is here to help you with local knowledge and a network built over 70 years in the business.
West Palm Beach was just named the #5 market in the United States on Forbes list of “Where To Invest In Housing 2017” with year-over-year home price growth of 11%. The downtown skyline is changing with construction projects like The Bristol, a 25-story tower, 69-unit tower where the average unit is about 4,500 square feet and costs $10 million.
Anderson Carr sees tremendous opportunity for investors as many properties are still undervalued. West Palm Beach is a more affordable urban alternative to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, and the rental market is hot. The new Brightline Train will connect West Palm Beach to its higher-priced neighbors and make commuting to work there a real possibility.
Please reach out to Cynthia if you are interested in learning more about our expanded Residential Brokerage Services.
